The Hymers Agricultural Society holds a Fall Fair Labour weekend each year. The 98th Fall Fair will be held Sunday, September 5 from 10:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. and Monday, September 6 from 10:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. We are always looking for volunteers - teens and adults for the entire weekend (Friday and Saturday for setup and Sunday and Monday while we are open). We also look for volunteers to assist us during the summer months to paint, build, tidy up, etc.).

FW Fall Street Festival
Description: 4 volunteers are needed for each shift. 2 volunteers will assist with setup of barricades/ event tents and the other two volunteers would be required for setup management assistant.
Time: 8:30-12:30pm or 12:30-5:30pm

Power Play for Easter Seal Kids
Description: Several tasks are available such as set up, time keeping, volunteer check in, clean-up, take down, grounds patrol, ball catchers, referees, smart servers, and ticket sales!
Time: 8am-6pm (see volunteer spreadsheet)
Location: Northwood Kingsmen Centre (on James St)

Sears: Kids Cancer Ride
Description:
6 volunteers will assist with set up/ take down; loading, unloading, setting up bikes, tables ect.
2 volunteers will assist with the donations table
2 volunteers will assist with food

Precious Bundles
Description: Precious Bundles is a charity that provides clothing donations to families and children in need of assistance. Volunteers will help with the switchover of summer clothes to winter clothes.
